Sign Up Genius Frequently Asked Questions:

How Do I Sign Up For An Event / Volunteer Opportunity / Etc?

Step 1: 

After logging into the Epiphany School website, click the "Sign Up Genius" tile on the Current Families Experience Portal for access to a list of the various volunteer opportunities throughout the school and classrooms.

You may also get directly to Club SignUps from the specific club's page under the Clubs tile or a Grade Level Teacher's signups from the "Classroom Volunteer Opportunities" button on their teacher page.

Step 2:

From the list of various events click on the one for which you'd like to sign up.

Step 3:

You will be taken to the Sign Up Genius page for the event or classroom. There may be multiple volunteer opportunities listed. You may select as many as you wish, then click the "Submit and Sign Up" button below.

Step 4:

You do not have to create a SingUpGenius account to sign up and volunteer. A SignUpGenius account makes it easier to view all the things you have signed up for and to cancel something you've signed up for with fewer clicks.
Simply leave the radial button "I do not have..." filled and enter the required info [Name(s), Email address], and leave the "create an account..." box unchecked.

Choosing "Send me a conf..." will email the address you entered with an attachment you can open that will automatically add the event to the calendar you use on the device you open the email on.

Click "Sign Up Now" button.

If you do already have a SignUpGenius account, select that radial button and enter your credentials in the pop up menu.

Step 5:

If you entered information in all of the required fields you should see a Thank You! confirmation page

Step 6:

If you chose to have it send you a confirmation email it would look something like this:

Selecting to open the .ics attachment will launch the default calendar system on your device and you should follow the prompts based on the system you use to add it to your calendar.
