How to Apply

Epiphany School is one of the Seattle area schools that uses Ravenna for online inquiry and application. Through Ravenna you will be able to submit an inquiry, an application, and necessary supplemental forms. Many of these forms are common, shared among multiple schools. Epiphany School’s online application process will open on September 1, 2016. At that time, you will be able to begin submitting your application materials. You can also submit an inquiry at any time, which will allow you to sign up for a group tour and RSVP for our Open House on December 1, 2016.

Applications to First through Fifth grades will be considered based on space available.

For the 2016–2017 academic year, tuition at Epiphany School is the following:

All grades, Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth grade: $21,595

The following factors are important considerations in the admission of new students:

Age Requirements

Pre-Kindergarten: Applicants for the school year 2017-2018 must be 4 years old by September 1st 2017.

Kindergarten: Applicants for the school year 2017-2018 must be 5 years old by September 1st 2017.

Sibling Preference

Siblings of students currently enrolled at Epiphany School are given preference for admission consideration. Sibling applicants must adhere to the school’s age requirements as well as demonstrate academic and emotional readiness for admission. Parents of a sibling applicant must apply at the first available opportunity for placement. If parents of siblings neither apply at the first opportunity nor accept an offer of enrollment, the preferred sibling status is forfeited.

To Apply:

If you have a child who is an incoming Pre-K or Kindergarten age student, please submit the sibling application by November 8, 2016. Use your Ravenna-hub account to apply now using your past log-in credentials.

When you have completed the preliminary application, you will have the opportunity to sign up for assessment day on Saturday December 10th.

Sibling Decisions will be Released on December 16th.

Please email Greg Jones if you have any questions.

Student Potential

It is the role of the Admission Committee to determine which students are best qualified for admission. A number of criteria may be used to reach this determination, including academic and social assessments through the school visit, review of the application materials, and parent interviews.
